Software Design & Development Innovation Studio

Problem/Need:

ENO8 needed to elevate in a market flooded by “dev shops.” They created a revolutionary service, the Innovation Lab, but they didn’t have any cohesive marketing materials communicating its value. I wrote the Innovation Lab landing page, and this was the foundation of a total rebrand.

These two industries are under worldwide scrutiny for energy practices, and VECKTA is positioned to help them achieve sustainability targets in record time without wasting money.

My work with ENO8 includes email marketing strategy and execution. I developed a weekly plain text series called ENO8 Insights. This Google doc contains some Plain Text Emails I wrote for ENO8 (including the three emails referenced in the kudos below).

My plain text emails generated $750k+ revenue in one year.

Wyoming Department of Health

COVID Campaign

Needs:

The Wyoming Department of Health needed a COVID campaign that would appeal to its mandate-resistant population while encouraging them to stay home, maintain physical distance from others, and wear masks. The hired a local marketing agency whose copywriter didn’t have the bandwidth for the project.

Solution:

I contracted with the agency to write the copy and conceptualize the video. I jumped in with an unfamiliar team working on an extremely truncated timeline. We created video, print, and radio ads that was so successful the Department came back for another campaign and requested me as the writer. The second campaign focused on encouraging COVID vaccinations.

Back in 2014, social selling was a fairly new technique - not quite the art form it is now.

The Troxell sales team needed to know how to sell on social media without alienating (any more) prospects. The playbook covers the importance of being outward-focused and how social media is just a new way of acting out the timeless human goal of connection.

It was a challenge to write this as an external team member. But every con comes with a pro, and I was able to use my birds-eye view to observe their organizational themes and encapsulate them effectively in this playbook and with a new slogan:
